Please read what Pam wrote: that haven't been POSTED. If
it's "posting like clockwork" then it's current. The
ARCHIVE gets updated every time the SERVER posts it. It's
not your text that needs to be updated, just the archive.

I don't believe we've run into a case where someone leaves
an FAQ autoposting and then disappears. The ones we are
talking about are cases in which the FAQ has not been
posted.
