How will age be determined?

I've managed to establish a fairly static FAQ andhave it on the Faq
posting server. I have a minor update to be installed shortly but
otherwise its been static and posting like clockwork from there for me.

If I need to force an update, even if its just to resent a date clock I
think I (we) will need to know.
