The *.answers moderators don't run the mail-server, so I'm not sure.
Try sending email to it with the command "help".

However, there are two points I forgot to mention. First, the
commands go in the *body* of your email, not in the Subject like the
faq-srever wants. Second, you can put multiple commands in a single
email message. Getting a 5-part FAQ takes only one email, with 5
command lines.
