comp.answers approval?

Many moons ago, I sent my FAQ-pointer message to the appropriate
places. I got a reply from the news.answers team, but they said I needed
to also get approval from comp.answers, as the group is a comp.* group.
(comp.graphics.apps.paint-shop-pro, to be exact). I've never heard from
the comp.answers people. Are they a distinct, separate group?

I will probably re-submit the actual FAQ to the news.answers and comp.answers
FAQ-approval processes soon, but I'm puzzled over this.
