I just refreshed my memory with a quick look at the guidelines for *.answers
submissions, and there's nothing in there (that I see) about needing
separate approval for the different *.answers groups: they're all covered by
the same group of moderators.
Is comp.graphics.apps.paint-shop-pro a moderated group? If it is, then you
need to get approval from that moderator in addition to approval from the
*.answers moderators. That may have been what the response from the
*.answers moderators was referring to.
The *.answers guidelines has some information about FAQs that get posted to
moderated groups in addition to the *.answers groups; you might want to take
a look at that (if c.g.a.p-s-p is moderated).
