Your FAQ was approved for posting to comp.answers and news.answers on
05/29/98. As others have pointed out, the same set of people handle *.answers
for * = news, comp, sci, alt, soc, rec, misc, talk and even a few others like
de.answers. comp.graphics.apps.paint-shop-pro does not appear to be moderated.
