I.20 What is required for an ISDN hookup?
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Buy a ZyXEL modem that is ISDN equipped, or buy the ISDN upgrade module for the new ZyXEL modem. Get an ISDN line wired to premises. Subscribe to BRI ISDN. Buy a a NT1 adapter (U interface). Plug the modem into the NT1 adapter and plug the NT1 into the ISDN connection. The ZyXEL modem (technically no longer a MODulator/DEModulator) is now connected via ISDN.
