I forgot to reply to this early. The topic would not be considered viable in
alt.config and further research shows it duplicates alt.xfiles.rpg which
Nancy (and Brandi) came from after searching for a dead group to takeover.
The regulars of alt.config (including William Bagwell [dvus] and myself)
would rip the proposal to shreds and one of us would rmgroup it immediately
if was newgrouped.

Sorry, Nancy, the webboard or another dead group would be your best bets if
alt.spooky does not work out.
