Same FAQ, new season...

I've read the *.answers FAQ, but want to make sure before I proceed; I'm a
little foggy on it: I'm updating the ER (TV) FAQ for the 5th season, and as
such, the subject lines will change from (for example)

ER FAQ 4.10, Section 6: Medical Questions (6/8)

to

ER FAQ 5.00, Section 6: Medical Questions (6/8)

This will be an across-the-board change. So, must I re-submit the entire
FAQ to be re-approved, going through the whole approval sequence again?
(Yes, I reading the section that says that I have to, but I'm hoping that
I'm wrong. It's a common occurence).
