These are available on the CD-ROM version. They're in \other\oldmsdos\, and you'll find a batch file that will copy them to your %windir%\command\ directory. After a reboot they'll be available. You need to reboot because these are direct copies of DOS 6.22 programs, and the batch file SETVER's them to that version. If you installed Win95 on top of old DOS, your DOS directory will still be in your path, and you can run the old DOS utilities without having to install them from the CD-ROM.
