Might have helped to re-read the original prior to posting. Slightly
corrected version...

   "If you would like to crosspost your FAQ to uk.answers, please refer to
    http://www.usenet.org.uk/uk.answers.html prior to submitting your FAQ
    to the *.answers moderation team. The moderator of the uk.answers
    newsgroup needs to be consulted on any posting in uk.answers as it is
    not a newsgroup moderated by the *.answers moderators. Once he is
    satisfied, the poster will be directed to also gain approval for
    posting to news.answers."
