Uk.answers is "almost" a *.answers group. It has a few extra hoops to
jump through, but cross-posting to news.answers is a *requirement*, so I
normally negotiate with the news.answers moderators so that the FAQ is
acceptable to both, and then it gets posted with self-approval in the
usual manner.
I am sure this particular matter can be sorted out, but I need to hear
from the poster to discuss it. I don't use any blacklists myself, but I
am pretty sure my upstream does (and if they do, then I approve).
