This is indeed a live possibility. A useful resource is osirusoft's
DNSBL index page, http://relays.osirusoft.com/cgi-bin/rbcheck.cgi.
Plugging in mail20.bigmailbox.com (the exact source point I see in
Ganesh's mail) shows that xbl.selwerd.cx and blackholes.five-ten-sg.com
are currently blocking bigmailbox. This is a minority of DNSBLs but it
could be that Charles uses one or both lists.
