It's perfectly reasonable to ask that an outdated FAQ be removed. Normally,
send mail to faq-maintainers-request@mit.edu with [change] in the subject for
this sort of thing (such as minor updates to the headers of your own fAQs).
But in this case it's done at MIT now and will propagate to the mirrors like
faqs.org overnight.
