[faq-maintainers] Help sought to STOP autoposting of a faq

I've been contacted by erc@pconline.com, the FAQ maintainer for
tcl-faq/tk/windows . He has been spectacularly unsuccessful in
a) updating his faq, and b) getting the autoposter to stop
autoposting.

Could someone provide some steps that could be taken in stopping
the auto posting of this now out of date FAQ?
