manuals project's web site:

You are right, but for me it is not acceptable to have it "offered free"
and as "freeware", because it is misleading. See
http://www.gnu.org/philosophy/words-to-avoid.html for an explanation.

My FAQ is published under the GNU General Public
License, if executable manuals will comply with them then I will be
happy to see my FAQ further distributed.
