In other words, NS is broken.

Download Eudora Light and use it to send your FAQ -- it
isn't broken. Better yet, use it for all your email. Better
yet, pay a little money and get Eudora Pro.

But if you use Eudora, turn off Word Wrap when sending.
Otherwise you may run into the common problem of Eudora
breaking your Newsgroups: line, which the server doesn't
understand.
