Incremental mirroring is probably what everybody is using, but when
the site to mirror is as big as this, checking the time stamp on each
file can already be burdensome.

However, as Ken is running a primary mirror and the others would
effectively be running secondaries, it should be possible to simply
feed them a listing of which files have actually been updated since
their last visit.
