New FAQ writers Guide?

Is there anywhere for a new FAQ Maintainer to learn about how to write an
FAQ? I've been asked by one of posters to a newsgroup, who is trying to
start another newsgroup. And is writing an FAQ, but wants to know how to
go about it.
