Hmmm, a high level requirement should be to at least alert the reader
(and the FAQ author) when there is a version conflict like this. Maybe
give them a choice (the ultimate weasel decision in software design :-).

This raises the issue of updating. There's a nice, automated process
for updating the ASCII FAQs. For html submittals, we need something
just as easy.
