I propose to avoid adding it to _all_ FAQs posted to *.answers, instead,
the disclaimer should be added to the "Introduction to the *.answers
newsgroups",
<http://www.faqs.org/faqs/news-answers/introduction/preamble.html>,
which is periodically posted to *.answers groups.

In section "What is news.answers?" you read (in version 1.130):

>Although it's difficult to say exactly what qualifies as a posting
>that belongs in news.answers, the basic description is, "any article
>which answers common questions and is meant to be read by human

This is not to the point. Add the principle "form, not content". It is
a good idea to explicitly state that approved FAQs are neither
authorative nore checked for correctness.

I also suggest to explicitly mention the possibility of two FAQs for the
same newsgroup with the same topic. This will make clear that in cases
where the maintainer of the first FAQ is unwilling to incorporate
proposed corrections, a second FAQ with corrections and additions may be
set up by anyone.
