Does USENET only exist in Canada and the US? So let's deal with all the
facts.

The UN also expects the US to pay its dues. The UN has virtually no
power.

There's a phrase in the UK: ``The greater the truth, the greater the
libel.'' This is because (IIRC) libel laws in the UK have everything to
do with defamation, and nothing to do with false or misleading
statements.
