Lust in the dust?

My FAQ (best-of-usenet-humor) has gone through two putative
penguin-lust posting cycles since the recent Unpleasantness was
presumably cleared up. Though responses to STATUS requests show the
FAQ as posted, there have been no sightings. I have therefore
reverted to the old horse-and-(less)-buggy method.
Is the server known to be down or balky these days?
