Admittedly it's unlikely, but articles sometimes take as long as two
weeks to get from one server to another. Just to be sure, mail us a
copy of the file directly, including all its headers, and we'll make
sure there aren't any problems.

My guess would be that some intermediate news server dropped your
article, perhaps because its Newsgroups: header tripped their
arbitrary spam filter. It may also be that your own ISP quietly
declines to propagate the article, either because it's to a moderated
group or because of its Newsgrousp: line.

Or perhaps it's something else entirely. We'll know a little more
after looking at the file.
