Hi

Motorola makes microprocessors. A fellow wants to write a FAQ on a certain
type of them. He works for the division of Motorola that manufactures and
markets these devices.

Is this a conflict of interest?
Should he write the FAQ?
Is anyone going to have a problem with this?
What if he made a disclaimer?
