You may copy this document for personal use, but you may not redistribute copies
of it without permission from me. This is so make sure that everyone that wants

want to redistribute this FAQ in anyway, please contact me first. Keepers of FAQ
archives that are automatically updated by the Usenet news.answers mechanism do
NOT need to ask me for permission. I do not view that as redistribution, as it
is a part of the Usenet distribution apparatus. If you have obtained this FAQ in
any other way than from me, SCS, Usenet News or a news.answers archive, contact
