What does "a news.answers archive" mean? Would Tom Fine's Web pages
(http://www.cis.ohio-state.edu/hypertext/faq/usenet/top.html) qualify?
They are certainly not a mirror of news.answers since the FAQs in
digest format get HTMLized; and some people give Tom a pointer to an
HTML version of their FAQ that is quite different than the plain text
version which is archived at rtfm. What about a CD ROM that mirrors
news.answers - one could certainly argue that that *is* "a news.answers
archive."
