That copyright stuff

Just out of curiosity, what does everyone else say in their
copyright notice?

I have a paragraph in my copyright notice section that says:

However, you *MUST* obtain prior permission from me before you make
the FAQs available commercially, even if it is for the minimal fee to
cover your medium, postage and/or handling. Permission may be granted
on a case-by-case basis, and will usually involve providing the author
with a copy of your product.
