In short, you and many others on this list have already decided Walnut
Creek is in the wrong, and nobody -- not even those with legal knowledge --
are right when they disagree with you.
I've mentioned this in private Email, but since I have equally little
reason to believe you'll honor it without making it public (how does it
feel when you're the recipient of such foolishness?), I'll put it IN
public. You do not have my permission to use my name or Email address,
either explicitly or implicitly via mentioning the participants of the
faq-maintainers mailing list, with regards to your crusade against Walnut
Creek. Any such use of my name or Email address may result in further
action brought against you and the signers of your letter.
