Hasn't been an issue. No one with legal knowledge has disagreed with me yet.
In any case, I don't need to know the law to know that Walnut Creek is in
the wrong. All I need to know is that they're violating the express wishes
of many FAQ authors.
The fact that you think Walnut Creek is OK is irrelevant. You can waive *your*
rights over your property. You can't waive mine or anyone else's.
As for the rest of your peevish ranting, rest assured that I no longer wish to
have your name associated with anything I do.
