There are a number of incomplete JPEG Tk extensions floating around the net, but this is the only one I'd recommend. Version 1.1.4 is free and available from http://home.wxs.nl/~nijtmans/img.html (source code and some binary distributions). Works on Unix and Windows; no Mac port yet.
