[faq-maintainers] Two lists from one?

I'm beginning to wonder if we are hearing that two lists are desirable?

One as an announcement list which poses questions or issues with the poster as the reply-to.

Then a second used for discussion as issues and questions are flushed out by participants with the reply back to the list?
