Actually the moral of the story is that all the moderators currently don't
have much (any) time to spare for moderation.

No: don't do this. That's not what this list is for, and complaining here
will only annoy list members. Wait for us to get to your request.

Emailing moderators personally won't help either: if we don't have free time
to moderate having the files in our personal inboxes isn't going to make any
difference.

We will process your requests eventually. I anticipate returning to active
moderation within the next couple of weeks, and will make some effort to
clear out the queue and process long-standing requests.

I should note once again that the moderation process is greatly speeded up
by sending in FAQ submissions through the FAQ checker.
