# I strongly advise that it be posted a few times (and then
# discontinued). RTFM and faqs.org are the best known archive sites but
# are far from the only ones -- as anyone who's ever googled their own
# FAQ knows. Most or all of these pick up postings from Usenet, rather
# than from the RTFM archive as faqs.org does.
#
# It needs to be posted at least once to flush out the other copies. In a
# recent thread here, someone else pointed out that some of these other
# archives are relatively flaky and may not pick up every posting, so it
# should at least be posted several times over a period of a few months.
# This still won't flush them all, but it's a lot better than never
# posting it.

I agree that it should be posted. Edward if right. There are many other
archives that need to be cleaned up as well. Posting it once may not get
the desired effect. Let's see, can you tell the faq server at mit to post
it a "desired number of times and then stop posting it" ? :)
