Your FAQ is in the FTP archive at rtfm.mit.edu once it's actually posted
in the newsgroup. If you send your FAQ to the FAQ server without having
it posted in the newsgroup, it won't be in the FTP archive. Similarly,
any changes will only appear in the FTP archive once the changed version
is posted. I once "manually" posted a changed FAQ in news.answers to
make sure the changed version appeared immediately in the FTP archive.

The FTP archive and http://www.faqs.org/ are both updated once a day, I
believe.
