A question has come up among the maintainers of the revived
rec.arts.anime.misc FAQs.
Is the <newsgroup> name FAQ for posting guidelines/history or for the topic.
For example, should questions (in the newsgroup foo.bar) relating to the
topic "bar" be in a FAQ named "the Bar FAQ" or "the foo.bar FAQ"?

Note: Currently, the guidelines/history FAQ is named: "Welcome to
rec.arts.anime.misc" and the topic FAQ is named "The RAA.Misc FAQ" (with the
interior title "the Anime Frequently Asked Questions list".
