[faq-maintainers] truncated newsgroup line from Outlook mailer

I am sure that this question is as old as the world, but
I have recently tried updating my FAQ on the
faq-server, and the newsgroup line is cut with carriage
returns since it's something like 200 characters long.
Of course, the reason is that I'm using Outlook Express
since I am currently away from my Linux Box. :-(
Has anybody got a "fix" or "fudge" to get round this ?
I tried using a Hotmail account, as well as a Yahoo
account, to no avail.

Oh, and perhaps there should be a mention of this
problem and any way round it in the faq-server's FAQ.
