I'm aware of that. However, validation of hotmail account
applications is minimal. It's hardly worth cheating, and
some spammers don't. This is especially likely with people
whose agenda is non-commercial and probably wouldn't think of
themselves as spammers. Like I said, I didn't keep the mail.
