Actually, I think what is needed for the *.answers group is an
informational RFC setting out the rules applied by its moderators, and
other principles of its working.

Incidentally, one thing I would like to see is the movement of those
pseudo-headers into the main headers (USEFOR has already proposed
an Archive header which could be used for part of the job). The
advantage of that would be that FAQs could then be posted as MIME
multipart/digests without hiding the pseudo headers away (the problem
with MIME multiparts is that anything in the body up to the first
boundary is not seen by reading agents).
