The Cleanfeed folks are working on that, last I heard.

Seriously, folks, the tools do exist; the problem isn't with the software.
The problem is with the sites running the software. We can't force sites
to make good decisions by writing more software; the users of the sites
both have to actively push their interests and be willing to make it worth
the while of a site that is willing to meet them.
