Only if you are posting to news.answers, and even in that case the answer might
be "not necessarily". If you have been approved by the moderators, then if
something like STUMP or another robomod was running, your postings would pass
to news.answers with minimal delay.
I think the project is threefold:
Speed up the approval process for new FAQs
Fix the autoposter service
Make sure the news.answers FAQ archives are maintained
