Since we have no control over approval for non *.answers groups, usual
*.answers policy on this is to approve the posting with the other moderated
groups in the Newsgroups line, but remind you to get approval to post to
those groups before you post your FAQ to *.answers.
This case is somewhat different, though; I would be inclined to manually
post your FAQ to rec.arts.anime.info to see if it passes the automoderation
scripts and, if it does, say so when you submit the change to n-a-request.
That way we can document the automoderation in the LoPIP in case the raai
moderator gets upset later on.
However, one of the more senior moderators might like to contradict me?

It /will/ help you if your ISP refuses to let you post articles crossposted
to more than four groups, because it has no such restriction. However, your
FAQ still won't propagate to news servers using filters on incoming news to
discard articles posted to more than four groups, because it crossposts.
