I'd discount such comments rather heavily (i.e. pretty much
ignore them). I've been maintaining an undecorated, mostly
plain text, lightly HTMLized FAQ list for many years now, and
other than two suggestions that I create a "more professional"
(whatever that means) PDF version, I've received zero complaints
that my text wasn't pretty enough. (As Tom Neff was saying in
another message: "if someone today is tasked with answering a
question, and they do their research and unearth... a plain .txt
file [FAQ] sitting one someone's FTP or mail server... they will
get their answer very nicely, and AT NO TIME will the topic of
discussion turn to why it was in plain text, or whether it should
have been marked up with more weights, faces and sizes. Nobody
really cares about that stuff when they have real work to do.")

Make your FAQ list look nice if you want to, but definitely
don't obsess about it.
