The fellow (Gary Wines) going by the name of The Executable Manual "Series"
<em_faq@servingfood.com> wrote to my wife about her FAQ.. (making a bad first
impression by starting with "Dear Sir" BTW)
Anyway, the letter she got has a home page for the guy at
http://members.internettrash.com/garyandmelanie/
Apperently he has some sort of viewer that runs as a (windows?) program and
contains copies of FAQs downloaded from the web.
I tried to look at the page for his manuals , but that page is blocked by the
netfiltering software at work. I will have to have a look at home, but that
may not be for a few days.
For those who may be in a position to tell us more, the URL is

Interestingly the Home page for the ISP is also blocked... as was a pop-up
ad...first time I have seen a pop-up ad blocked!
