Just received the following. At least he's asking -- though from the
wording it looks like he harvested every address he found on faqs.org.

Subject: Request Updated FAQ
I would like to get an updated copy of you FAQ text for use in
my manaul, EM_FAQ, which is a freeware manual I am creating.
I have several of these manuals I offer as freeware for education
and aid to others.
I visted the site http://www.faqs.org, were i came accros the
means to contact you. Many have ask if this is a resale of
others work, no it is not, it's main purpose is for education
and to aid others.
Instead of just coping work you have done from www.faqs.org, I
would also like to ask your permission to use your work in the
manual, and IF you have updates of your FAQ please add my address
to your mailing list if you have one, or supply a means that i
can check the site or news group.
I compile these manuals on a subject, like FAQS and then upload
to my site so that others can download as freeware.
If you have a URL were I can download a copy would be fine, or
feel free to e-mail a copy.
