I'd prefer not to interpret the URL's and leave that to the reader. I
suppose if it were really an issue, however, then the HTML version
could label the URL's both with the URL itself and the maintainer's
annotation.

I'm trying at the moment to work something out in Perl that will
format the tables. Wouldn't hold my breath, though. :)
