I think that this may be a question of what mental reference point one
uses. Since I think of the Web version as being more useful, I like the
link (the blue underlined stuff) to be meaningful in terms of the topic.
So I don't like to use the literal URL as the link. But then when it is
translated to text one does need the URL printed.

This would be very helpful. Instead I don't use tables in my faq.
