There are several good publically available Procmail spam filters
which you should be able to plonk in and forget. If you are unfamiliar
with Procmail, the folks on the Procmail list should be able to help
you tweak your existing configuration (newbie instructions usually
assume you are not already using Procmail). You don't need to be a
subscriber in order to post to the list (but it's easy enough to sign
up for a few days; the volume is moderate. Or you can follow the list
at <http://www.rosat.mpe-garching.mpg.de/mailing-lists/procmail/>)

I don't personally use any of those filters, but my subjective ranking
based on quick looks at some packages would be JunkFilter (most
preferred), SpamDunk, and SpamBouncer; stop when you find one you like
(or, even, use several in concert, if you can figure it out). There
are several others I haven't looked at. obviously. And it's been a
while since I looked at any one of these three, either.

I have links at <http://www.iki.fi/era/procmail/links.html#antispam>
to these packages (and lots more, including links to tutorials etc).

I'd offer to help out personally, but am presently a bit swamped.
Still, hope this helps,
