I suppose I should mention SGML-Tools, which use the LinuxDoc DTD. I
am able to maintain the Linux FAQ in sgml, and easily output it in
HTML and LaTeX, and with a few shell scripts, output a text version.

Being GPL'd, the software is free, of course. If you'd like more
information ask me.
