As the current maintainer of the alt.skinheads FAQ I recently submitted
the FAQ and had it('s headers) approved by David Lamb.

I'm attempting to use Xnews as my posting software, and while it seems
to placing all of the required headers it doesn't seem to be putting in
the blank lines between header blocks.

Is there some trick I've missed?
